Overview;
Stone Forest Gorge has lush vegetation and fresh air. Stone Forest Gorge covers an area of 12 square kilometers, and it is 6 kilometers long. It got its name because the rocks and peaks in the gorge look like trees straight upward, giving the gorge the appearance of a forest.
While in the park, visit the enormous glass-bottom platform has been dubbed as Beijing's “flying saucer.” With a diameter of 107 feet (32.8 m), the platform is the largest of its kind in the world and offers crystal-clear views of a thrilling 1,300-foot (396-m) drop. Get an exhilarating rush as you stand midair, looking down at the clusters of astounding stone formations below.
There are five other attractions worth visiting within this scenic area.
1. The Jiutian Feipu (Heaven Waterfalls) is a four-tier waterfall which cascades down over 120 meters.
The waterfalls rumble can be heard at quite a distance from the waterfall.
2. Lingtan Lianzhu (The Pools), There are dozens of pools that form the gorge of Jingdong Shilinxia. They all have pools with different shapes, and characteristics. Some are shallow others deep.
3. Xiaxian Youshen (The Gorge), The gorge is six kilometers long, and at it’s narrowest point, the gorge is only three meters wide. When you walk between these narrow lanes within the gorge, you will be impressed by how big and impressive mother nature can be.
4. Gigantic Rocks. Some of these enormous rock’s weights more than 1,000 tons and are located throughout this amazing site. The huge rocks are set in different position and location, some of them are upright high above the cliffs while others are lying in the middle of the walkways, offering tired visitors a place to rest and relax.
5. Hanging Cypress Trees. Many Cypress trees are growing out of the steep mountainside.

The site is located about 150-kilometers (2-hours drive) from downtown Tianjin, Ride to and from the Tianjin Stone Forest Gorge Park using a private, spacious air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver.
Tour Itinerary;
Our Stone Forest Gorge Park private VIP tour starts at 8:00 am. We pick you up from any locations mentioned above. We then drive directly to the Stone Forest Gorge Park with one stop halfway between both places for a 10 minutes restroom break.
Once on site, you will have around four (4) hours to hike the Stone Forest Gorge Park with your tour guide
We are more than happy to arrange a lunch in a local Chinese restaurant near the Stone Forest Gorge Park for an additional fee.
We then return you to your any drop off locations in the late afternoon.

Reservation fee:
Reservation fee is around 20% to reserve your tour date(s) and is fully refundable ten days before the scheduled Private VIP Tour event date(s), and non-refundable within ten days. Contact Alison for PayPal information.
Alison will make a detailed scheduled according to the client’s private VIP tour requirements, she will then be able to make necessary reservation for sites tickets, transportation's (bus/subway/car/train/taxi/etc.), and restaurant, so there are no surprises during the private VIP tour date(s).
